SPRING BOOTCAMP CLASSES

Are you ready to get in shape for summer beach weather?

You will be after 3 months of intense military style workouts. 

Join us for just one or all 3 phases of this progressive outdoor class.  Along with a healthy, nutritious, low calorie diet this program can help you lose between 10 and 30 pounds within the 12 week training period. Results depend on attendance, effort and how many phases you participate in.  Prior to the program we will take body composition measurements so that we can track results for you.  Call for an appointment (the body composition analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes).

PHASE I-Basic Training

This phase will get your body prepared for the more challenging phases II and III to follow or as a quick way to help you get started on a regular exercise program.  The workout begins with a 1 mile run, various calisthenics and drills follow.

PHASE II-Increasing intensity and frequency.

In this phase we suggest adding an additional day of training for best results. The workout begins with a 1.5 mile run and the calisthenics and drills will become more complex and challenging with the addition of weights, medicine balls and coordination challenges.

PHASE III-Lean and Mean

We suggest training 3 to 4 days per week in this phase for best results.  There will be a 2 to 2.5 mile run

(additional weight in the form of a vest, belt or backpack with a medicine ball inside is optional-we’ll give you all the details on your first day), followed by speed and agility drills and calisthenics.  If you’re really serious about getting in shape this is a key phase.

Classes are about 45 minutes to one hour long (depending on the phase-shorter for the beginning phases and longer for the more advanced phases) and will be held outdoors in Liberty State Park at the playground along Freedom Way (also known as “Slide City”).  Parking, restrooms, and a water fountain are near the training area.  We have maps available if you need one.  There is an indoor, alternate location available in case of rain.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30am and Saturdays and Sundays at 8:00 am.  Sign up for 2, 3 or 4 days per week

Dates and Prices are as follows:

PHASE I – April 6th through May 2nd 2010

PHASE II- May 4th through 30th 2010

PHASE III-June 1st through June 27th 2010

2 days per week /per phase (8 classes total) = $200. (all 3 phases $552.)

3 days per week /per phase (12 classes total) = $276.( all 3 phases $756.)

4 days per week /per phase (16 classes total) = $336. (all 3 phases $912.)
