Our instructor, Jack Walsh is a nationally certified Qigong and Tai Chi instructor. He graduated from The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. There he studied with Roger Jahnke, OMD, internationally respected doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and one of the first to introduce the ancient Chinese healing arts to the west. Jack is very passionate about using Qigong and Tai Chi for self healing, stress mastery, and the positive transformation of one’s health and fitness.
