PERSONAL TRAINING

You will feel better after your very first session, and start to notice changes after your first 6 weeks. After 12 weeks your friends, family and co-workers will be commenting on the changes in your appearance.

Your trainer will help you make the best use of your time by creating an integrated and efficient workout. Since your appointments will be set in advance, your workouts will be more consistent – which will help you to achieve faster results. Training will focus on your specific fitness needs and goals. And, of course there will be a constant focus on proper form and technique.

Our trainers are reliable, certified, and experienced.

Additional training is offered in the following areas:

  • Yoga/Flexibility

  • Pre-Natal Yoga

  • Pilates

  • Tai Chi

  • Self-Defense

  • Pre-Season conditioning for various sports such as Golfing and Skiing (please inquire)

In order to achieve faster results, suggested training frequency is 3x per week.

Changes in body composition can occur after 6 to 12 weeks of training, proper nutrition, adequate  rest, and stress reduction.
