Integral Yoga Style Yoga Classes

Instructor: Laura O’Brien

A gentle, meditative Hatha Yoga style developed by Sri Swami Satchidananda.  If you’re struggling with constant stress and fatigue Integral Yoga will teach you how to relax and increase your vitality.  Groups of Asanas (or Poses) are followed by brief periods of relaxation.  There is a systematic and progressive format that is followed for each class which includes breathing techniques and deep relaxation.  The goal of this style is to assist participants in achieving health, strength, mental clarity and acuity, calmness, compassion, and Self-realization.
