YOGA WORKSHOPS

Yoga BASICS:  A wonderful introduction into the practice of Yoga.  Good for anyone who has little or no experience  with Yoga or those who just want a refresher.  This class is progressive so you will be learning step by step how to’s from the Sun Salutations to beginners breathing  and meditation exercises.  Also modifications will be given for those who may have challenges with various postures due to stiffness or past injuries.  The method is based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s 50 years of Yoga practice of Classical  Hatha-RajaYoga.

MIDNIGHT YOGA:  A Special once-per month treat for all levels.  Also great if you are unable to make anyother classes on the schedule and have nothing to do on a Friday night!  The entire  8 Limbed Yoga Practice will be included.  Learn some new poses, breathing exercises, meditaiton techniques all ending in a Kirtan Party as the grand finale.
