In addition to working the deeper core muscles of the body this 30 minute workout will target your Arms, Abs, And hips. Exercises will be done in various positions including standing kneeling and lying on the floor. Medicine balls, Swiss Balls, light weights and ankle weights may be used to intensify the exercises.

A 30-minute workout for the entire body using tubing, physio balls, medicine balls, handweights, and balance equipment. Good for all levels of fitness including newcomers and Seniors. A great way to ease back into a regular workout program.
Helps tone and tighten the entire body and improve muscular endurance. Multiple repetitions of basic exercises will be performed for each muscle group. We will be using the step as a weight bench and light handweights. Includes a brief cardio component and abs.
An indoor, intense Boot Camp Style workout for all levels. Modifications will be given for those who cannot do deep squats or plyometric work. Includes jumping jacks, push-ups chin-ups, work with your own bodyweight, a weighted bar, and medicine ball.
