    A 30 minute workout for the entire body using tubing, physio balls, medecine balls handweights, balance equipment.

  • Body Sculpting

    Multiple repetitions of basic exercises will be performed for each muscle group.

  • Yoga

    A combination of various breathing and relaxation techniques with various poses to stretch and strengthen the entire body

  • Personal Training

    You will feel better after your very first session, and start to notice changes after your first 6 weeks. After 12 weeks your friends, family and co-workers will be commenting on the changes in your appearance.
